Sydney bed purchase experience

I recently purchased the Sydney bed frame from Oldbonesco. The online ordering process was straightforward; the product pages had clear images and detailed descriptions. I opted for white glove delivery, and the team was professional and efficient, setting up the bed quickly and cleaning up all packaging. They called an hour ahead, which was helpful. The bed itself is sturdy and looks fantastic, matching the style perfectly. I did have a question about assembly beforehand, and customer service responded to my email within 24 hours with a helpful answer. Overall, a positive experience from browsing to delivery.

Reliable as ever

This is my third time buying from Oldbonesco, and they didn't disappoint. Ordered a Moe's Home Collection console table. It arrived in perfect condition, just like the Gus Modern sofa and accent chairs I got before. Delivery was smooth, took about a week and a half. Always a good experience.

Good quality, slow delivery

I bought a Four Hands dining table here. The table itself is beautiful and very well made, exactly what I hoped for. The website was easy to navigate. However, delivery took nearly three weeks, which felt a bit long, even for furniture. I understand these things can take time, but it would be nice if they could speed that up a bit. Overall, happy with the purchase, just wish it arrived quicker.
